Best Time to Visit

High Season (June to October & December to February): These months offer pleasant weather and optimal wildlife viewing, as animals gather around water sources during the dry season. However, it’s also the peak tourist season, so parks may be busier, and accommodation rates higher.

Mid Season (March & November): A balance between favorable weather and fewer tourists. While there’s a possibility of short rains, wildlife remains abundant, and the landscapes are lush and vibrant.

Low Season (April & May): Coinciding with the long rainy season, this period sees the fewest tourists and offers the lowest accommodation rates. The parks are less crowded, and the scenery is exceptionally green. However, some lodges may close, and certain roads can become challenging to navigate due to heavy rains.
